1. Return & Refund Policy

At #ROBE, we take pride in offering quality products. Some products are made-to-order (e.g., embroidery/print-on-demand), while others may be stocked.

  • Return Window: Returns/exchanges allowed within 10 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility:

    • Returns accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • Some items (e.g., made-to-order or limited edition) may not be eligible unless defective. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

  • Non-eligible cases: Returns not accepted for wrong size selection, change of mind, or normal wear & tear.

  • Proof required: Customers must share photos/videos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider/bank.

  • Return Shipping Cost: #ROBE covers return shipping for defective/damaged products. For exchanges due to other reasons, customers bear the return shipping cost.

  • Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellation may not be possible for made-to-order items.

#ROBE reserves the right to approve or reject return/refund requests based on eligibility.
